"Forgotten Foods" Kesaribath is made from the finest ingredients of Kodo millets, Cashews, Raisins, Cardamom,Cloves and Pineapple fruits. The dish is prepared using a traditional recipe from the old town of Madurai in Tamil Nadu.

How to cook?
It is very easy to prepare this gluten free breakfast using our premix.
Step 1) Add 1 measure MIX to 1.5 measure boiling water.
Step 2) Stir constantly for 7 minutes on low to medium flame.
Step 3) Mix well. Serve hot. *Optionally serve with ghee.
