🌾 The Origin Story This multi millet flour is crafted from grains grown by small and marginal farmers across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, using traditional, chemical-free farming methods passed down through generations. These seven ancient grains — foxtail, kodo, pearl, jowar, little, ragi, and barnyard millet — were nearly lost to the Green Revolution, replaced by high-yield crops that demanded synthetic inputs and depleted the soil.
At Forgotten Foods, we work with farmers who practice natural farming — no pesticides, no chemical fertilizers, no GMOs. Every bag of this flour represents a farmer healing the land, one harvest at a time, and a grain heritage being brought back to your kitchen.
Recognised by Startup India as a mission-driven food brand reviving India's forgotten grain heritage.
