Forgotten Foods - Corn Rava Upma

Corn Rava Upma or Corn Polenta made using corn rava or corn meal from "forgotten foods". Corn rava is also famously known as corn polenta in Italian. Corn rava is made from Indian corn which is finely grounded into a rava. It is also known as Makki or Makai sooji in Hindi, Makka Cholam in Tamil and Mokka Jonna in Telugu. It's completely gluten free and rich in fibre. A healthy alternative to wheat upma. Cook it the same way like wheat rava by roasting it first then adding water to cook. It needs more water compared to wheat rava.
