Corn rava is made from Indian corn which is finely grounded into a rava. It is also known as Makki or Makai sooji in Hindi, Makka Cholam in Tamil and Mokka Jonna in Telugu. It's completely gluten free and rich in fibre. A healthy alternative to wheat upma. Cook it the same way like wheat rava by roasting it first then adding water to cook. It needs more water compared to wheat rava.
